WORK in IRELAND POST 2017 : Not Efficient or Working / Superbowl / Sport / Flow

I'm not going to complain but i'm going to say it.

I find all the pre-job paperwork and additional paperwork that is somewhat framework box ticking, inconjusive to jobs.

Like a dam preventing good water work flow.

Interupting.

Frustrating.

Patient testing and not relevant to the job at hand.

Unpaid work.

Opportunistic.

We aren't paid to wait around and do paperwork and fill out applications and do nothing and then even to enter a job stream and find out ot was rigged or not for you or a correct fit.

No human on earth has time for that shit.

That isn't working.

A 20 year old living at home might have that time but older people and people who need jobs and take their lives seriously don't.

Pre-paperwork jobs are bullshit, and it doesn't work.

It's wasting time, taking advantage of people, preventing life flow, preventing work flow.

It suits those about corruption and that is fury like bullshit.

I do not consent to my time being wasted for others games or incentives.

I do not consent to it at all.

In pre-2017 Ireland, and jobs that weren't rigged and paperworked to the gills, soley about paperwork and rigorous control and lack of freedom and sole control....

there's no work in systems like this being done and it is uncomfortable to be around disregulated frantic burnt out tryers who seek to be perfect and climb the never ended paperwork people pleasing mountain climb, based on nothing.

A form of BDSM.

Work is important. Not control.

The results and the spreading of it's expansion.

In pre 2017 Ireland, you could enter a career stream and get paid alongside any paperwork obligations that needed to be done.

Now it has become a waste of time and is unpaid time wasting work.

It is fruitless after entering as you may find nothing but a negative atmosphere and doesn't suit.

I expect all time wasted energy returned to me by duty and obligation. I never consented to it nor does or would anyone serious about themselves or their lives do.

Paperwork can be done and was previously done alongside the job offer and workers could begin immediately and see if an environment was for them or not.

Not all jobs are on the levels of secrets and the that kind of thing, but all those kind of same systems have trickled down to every type of job and it's preventative to growth and freedom.

Making things horible stuck and sticky everywhere and for everyone.

I do not consent to this time wasting approach and it is similar to a dam on every job on the world right now...

Can any life or freedoms or water flow at all anywhere right now?

There's dams at every inch.

That is obstructive.

Useless.

Fruitless.

Wasting time.

No. 

Not acceptable and things only work if the flow is let up for the water to flow.

Childcare has become a teachers post.

Not all centres or parents or workers want the same environment..like not all businesses are the same.

You can't put the same framework into one and all.

You now need a degree to be a womana and do woman's work?

Even with logical experience.

That not seeing opportunities.

Some parents and centres want and offer teaching, it's more a young persons climb and thing.

Older people with experience have more knowledge and understand the needs of people and families more. 

They aren't irrelevant insights.

It's meeting needs not framework idiologies.

And then the paperwork load is neurotic and not even child connected or centered. It has become that.

For works and things to work effectively, there has to be a release of control and a natural flow reintroduced with sense.

Otherwise it's snail pace.

No offense, you superbowl is a prime example of that.  

I do speak for all when I say here in Europe we don't wish it never on European on wider sport.

Sport is sport.

Superbowl isn't.

It has become charciture sport.

It is a business priortised sport.

Business first.

Sport second.

I couldn't imagine that same dynamic in anything else sportwise. 

People and players would explode in frustration.

People attend and like sport, players and fans, for way differnet needs.

It's as a form of release for needs they need to express through sport, physical activity, watching, bonding, parents and children's days out, fun, entertainment.

I'm sorry but I watched the superbowl and I saw -1 % sport and 1000% business.

Honestly..WT absolute F!

It wasn't enjoyable or fun.

Honestly, the movie 'Any Given Sunday' was better to watch and had truer flow than what I came across last year in that.

It's a travesty.

I'm don't consent to life, work or my sports being pulled in any similar direction.

It's sick!

The business stuff is sitting on the sports stuff, the sports existence and values, not alongside or partnered with it. 

Not around or next to it.

If I ever see a day when football is similar, it would be a tragedy and worth a good fucking cry.

All business stuff isn't center stage to the "good works" of a good job.

It's next to it, complementary, should be helping, promoting, advancing? 

Not centre stage dominant.

It's not.

It's line's blurred.

Some condusive to the "actors" / "workers" doing and taking the action and then the promotion of the cause by possible business.

It's blurred lines.

The "workers" are the Alpha's. Do-er's. 

Action Takers. The resulter's.

The paperwork isn't.

That isn't insulting. 

It's facts.

Same for the jobs dynamic for people here in Ireland.

Unpaid paperwork pre-entering all jobs not even knowing the job or atmosphere...nah.

No not at all.
