IRELAND: School System's & Sport's & New Direction's / Idea Generation's
Since sport is a huge thing for men, (and some women too),
and communities within Ireland,
why isn't there a new financial and curriculum adaption to this type of way,
since it produces so much light and abundance,
especially in communities and amongst men
(and women).
You hear about scholarships for sports contracts in America,
or the Rugby kind of schools and curriculums here and in Ireland.
Why isn't there a GAA / Sports kind goals and curriculums for community interests,
over the generic, old school curriculums?
Like adapting to communities and their interest's and investing and going along with those interest's?
Like kids love hand's on thing's, not all intellectual learning.
Some just want's sport's, being outside, why not prioritise communities interests and aid classes alongside that?
A fueled filled bunch of men, bundled into a classroom and then they wonder what is wrong with them. It's like a bomb.
Some were'nt made or care for that kind of learning or have any interest.
I know the old-school curriculum's, and their purpose and meaning's,
but for energy generation and adaption,
why are school's here, adapted into community interest "camps"/orgs,
that draw on and generate interest and fun.
on communities actual interest's?
Like Lionel Messi was plucked from Argentina at 13 to train and go to Barcelona for sports camps and for development.
Some people only want to be who and what they are, and do amazing at stuff like that.
If Messi threw a big intellectual word at anyone, you'd be knocked out by it,
with disgust.
Like light and people's interest's,
this is where the God power is at.
People's life's aren't part time hobbies.
There are so many different way's to live and be excited for about life, and generate interest's and fun and energy.
Entrepreneur's/ Business guy's tend to hate school and the refining them system.
They could be generating or marketing or buying, venturing, businessing, selling, markets and all kinds.
The "special" class? 🤷♀️
Just because they don't fit into mainstream, and system's are trying to include them,
it's the same thing.
They have their own unique and specific interest's.
They lad's I was with yesterday, all were the same in term's of energy as any one of the lad's around them.
One lad was hugely excellent at sport and loving it. Very good at it
One huge lad, liked his quiet time and to focus on art.
Another just needed encouragement like anyone else with his personality and responded really well to positive feedback and reward, just like anyone else would.
He liked his books and quiet time.
The old world systems, they have to and can adapt, to new, personality led ways, not about control, or drilling infomation in,
but interest's, and encouraging all that and those's light's.
Why would you not go after people's light, no matter who they are, to get that and broaden that and expand that into the world.
The school systems sometimes is just the "intellectual's" world.
The mind/ the intellects.
People's time could be used so much more productively and fun.
The way I see it is,
load's of men find huge expression in physical sport's and reward/result games.
Some are more sensitive or quiet and prefer thinking, and prefer their expression's, but still need area's to outwardly express themselves, I mean with testostorone and everything.
Why not just invest and promote the dominating interest of people,
to get at those light's and interest's,
and promote the main interest's, but encourage option of other growth and learning to get a more fulfilled person, a happy living one, than a unfulfilled, frustrated, pent up, unhappy.
Watching testostorone fuelled filled, sports mad, people yesterday, squeeze themselves into a classroom chair, was the wrordest things to me yesterday.
Not that they can't or don't like or it's not a possibility, bit some people and guy's like that that Insaw and watched, only have a mind frame for their interest's, and it isn't in the classroom.
Imagine, Roy Keane, Gary Neville, Maradona, and Pele in school uniforms, sitting with all their pent up energy plastic chairs?
Sure what good fun would that be?
Like look at the America and rugby schools and think of the soccer academies in England and Europe for soccer.
Could a sports or GAA academy take off,
or something of the likes?
Sports investment academies,
that are predominately sports,
but have academic things in them too to help keep people and thing's connected and learning?
You could have first teams,
secondary leagues,
bit of learning.
Families are shattered between full time jobs, and then evening times sport's community curriculums.
What time has anyone just running around.
Thing's need rest too.
Rest is so important.
So is exploration.
The people pleasing curriculums in Ireland have to be over. Stopped.
Respect is so much a higher value.
Respect and reward and trial and struggle for a trophy or outcome and result and reward.
I don't know what else to say.
I'll see what come's.
But I just think sports academies or sport's specific school's, outdoor priority types, would suit some people, especially boys to have a more enjoyable quality of life.
Some girls too.
Like all the boys in the special ed classes,
I was only there 2 days,
but the other lads were testostorone fueled classroom squeezing into,
so imagine you had issues regulating emotions,
and the system expected the same?
I get that parent's need a break.
But put it like this.
Before jobs were priorities and the intellect expanded the way it did, people homeschooled their own kids, and they went after their own interest's,
communities tied together on interest's,
but there wasn't any right/wrong way.
There was adapting to whatever way was infront of you.
Why don't people just seek their own ways and need's that suit themselves,
their ways, their needs, their interest's.
I know people are in jobs and system, and adapting to live's around that.
But not all live's can and should adapt to thing's that don't suit them.
Some people want's their kid's to be like everyone else.
And what good is that for them?
So what can be done about the realities of situation's rather than 'status quo' situation's, that can be seen as a bit out of touch and out of date.
"Systemised" specific curriculum's,
which is the thing of recent that has become seen as 'the way' and the only way and the way forward, but if there are people uninterested and unsuited to environment's, is that not a waste to everyone's time and money, especially the changing world today.
The "old ways" might not be so obsolete in reality.
'Keeping up with the Jone's' stuff is honestly time wasting. It should be keeping up with you and your reality and adapting and fitting and suiting that.
Messi's parent's enrolled him in soccer school's and academies and went with that.
What do our communites and people
like, needs, gravitate toward's, are interested in?
That's life giving and worth life pursueing.
This doesn't cause war.
It causes fun and peace and joy.
The way the Garden of Eden was and is suppose to be, and the world.
God's expression.
Our expression.
The SNA'S yesterday had huge heart's.
But the school system, some way's were old school, some were young.
They were just aiding the system, not the student.
Load's of teacher's were enabling and supporting the student's.
But I was just thinking of systems that worked correctly and connecting and supportive of everyone.
Why don't school's go after interest's of the student's, and not drill the old system stuff that is questionable what it's place is in the community anymore?
Those SNA's would prefer to mammy and daddy their designated kid's, their way, not the school's 'way'.
They were emotionally atuned to them.
(And there was pressure from the statis quo, 'fitting in', old school system)
Some intellectual teacher's find it harder to connect to kid's with additional need's and their perosonalities because teacher's are about 'teaching' only, and discipline, not emotionally going with a kid and their need's.
The need's is where it's at.
And the staff and system isn't designed for that.
It conformity and directing.
Every single child and person has need's.
That is where it's at.
Those need's of everyone, and you can pic the sport's one out, or the intellectuals one's, etc..
You could recreate system's to explore interest's and need's and expand that and those.
