A reflection of a sound archytype!

A wave of a reality?

It you practise awareness enough you can see and recognise your own archtypical reflections in the matrixed games of reflection, 

that initially give you the heeby jeebies or otherwise, 

because it make's you initially uncomfortable, but unpon awareness and understanding, 

you then to collect enough information afterwards to be able to go back and recognise, even collect and name those shadows. 

Truth sets you for free from all limitations.

It resets you to peace and progress.

No looking over you shoulders for consequential shadows following you.

'Tell the truth and shame the devil' 

is the same phrase & analology.

The truth shames / captures the part of you making you uncomfortable and sets you free from its grasp and hold, to have it, and make friends with yourself and the darker parts and its reflections.
