YOGA: Stretches, Meditation, Body Work 🧘‍♀️🙌


I did pilates, stretches and some short bursts of exercise today for a few hours.🧘‍♀️

I didn't time myself, I just went with the flow and feeling, and I ended up feeling really great! 🙌

It was great to just sit on the mat and meditate and play and stretch.
